Izabela Kawcynksi Senior Practice Manager Permanent Appointments Izabela specialises in permanent appointments within student residences both with universities directly and also with private providers.

After graduating from Portsmouth University in 1999 with a BA Hons in Business and Marketing, Emmeline joined an international recruitment consultancy in 2000, where she headed up the building maintenance team specialising within the public sector.

For the last 5 years, Emmeline has been working specifically in Higher Education where she set up from scratch, a recruitment agency for the University of London. Emmeline’s drive and enthusiasm to make a difference in this sector, has led her to MRG to specialise in the recruiting of senior interim managers into Higher Education, Further Education and Student Accommodation.
