Ashley Franczak and Kristen Gilfus deserve a HUGE kudos for their work on several hospitality accounts. Ashley and Kristen partner with me on most of my hotel accounts. We recently went through a very challenging renewal in July for my largest hotel account, Laurel Lodging. Both ladies stepped up enormously during all the last minute revisions that were needed, both before and after binding. They also did an outstanding on the workers compensation renewals for that same client and another very important hospitality account of mine that renewed on 9/15. Even with a full plate of work, they played a significant role in completing a number of difficult renewals which has ultimately has strengthened the client relationships and instilled an even greater level of confidence in HF&C moving forward.
