Alera Academy is bringing something new to Alera Group colleagues in 2023. Each month, you’ll have an opportunity to join a Course Club group centered around a particular topic. Joining the Course Club is a completely optional way to invest in your skills. We have found content on LinkedIn Learning and elsewhere to help Alera Group colleagues learn about the topic of the month. Many of us are not wired in a way where we embrace conflict; in fact, many of us run from it as fast as we can! But the truth is, if we ignore conflict, we are pushing aside opportunities to make ourselves and our teams stronger. By embracing and resolving conflict, we can move faster and more effectively to solve problems and to be better agents for our clients.
